Jermaine Ralph
Founder/CEO
Jermaine began his career in the insurance field after graduating from Alabama A&M University with a B.S. degree in biology and chemistry in 2002. The first company he worked with was AFLAC, and within his first year he ranked number #1 in his region and district. After gaining valuable experience he transitioned into the annuity market working with schools, businesses, nonprofits and individual retirement planning.
With his wealth of knowledge, experience and his ability to lead, he joined Walter Henry Customized Employee Benefits, where he led the company in sales, marketing, and recruiting, so in 2016 Ralph and Associates Inc. was born.
